The Inver Grove Heights Spartan Prevention, Advocacy, and Resource Coalition (IGH SPARC) has had a busy Year 2 of the Positive Community Norms Grant! Year 1 was dedicated to launching the coalition, kickstarting messaging, and gaining some familiarity within the community. Year 2 was filled with fun free events that brought families and students together. It also included new ways of getting messaging to students, staff, families, and community members.
